Skilled Worker and other worker visas are designed to enable UK employers with a Sponsor Licence to recruit foreign nationals to work in the UK.

The current trend is that they are increasingly likely to ask further questions or request an interview before making visa decisions.
We help clients throughout the whole process. Before submission, we evaluate each case’s merits so that clients know their own strengths and weaknesses for endorsement or visa purposes. If an interview is required after submission, we will schedule a rehearsal interview to help the applicant and/or employer understand the process and potential questions.
