Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) is designed to allow non-British citizens to live, work, and study in the UK permanently without any time restrictions. It is the final stage of the immigration process before the applicant becomes eligible to apply for British citizenship.

There are many routes which can lead to ILR such as Spouse & Partner visas, Global Talent visa, Innovator Founder visa, Dependant visa, Long Residence etc. All routes have some differences and similarities to meet the immigration rules. Fees

Our fixed fee for an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) application is £1,900. Please note, this fee does not include applying for ILR from an Innovator Founder visa.
